Every family has one member who loves the idea of camping and one who has questions about the sleeping-on-the-ground part. Good news: you don't have to choose between them. Our cabins give you the whole camping experience — the campfire, the s'mores, the kids running free — with a real bed, air conditioning, and a door that locks.
We have 8 cabins here at Butterfly in three flavors. The Bear Bone Cabin is exactly what it sounds like — the simple, classic camping cabin. The Deluxe Cabin adds more room and comfort for bigger crews. And the Cottage is the full roof-over-your-head experience for families who want maximum easy. Whichever you pick, you're steps from everything the campground offers.
Here's what's waiting inside every cabin: beds, air conditioning and heat, a mini-fridge and microwave, lighting and outlets, and free wifi. Trash pickup is on us too.
What you bring is the personal stuff: sheets and pillows, towels, toiletries, a cooler with ice, and cookware if you're planning to cook. That's the entire packing list — no tent poles, no air mattresses, no praying the rain fly holds.
And this is the part first-time cabin campers don't expect: you're not camping "lite." You still get the fire ring and the picnic table. Your kids still do the ice cream socials, the wagon rides, the pool, the crafts, and Saturday night B.I.N.G.O with everybody else. You still fall asleep to the pines. You just do it on a mattress, and nobody has to learn how to level a trailer.
