ANYONE visiting a site who did not register with original party must pay $6.00 for each person (3yrs and under - FREE), $12.00 overnight.  All day visitors must leave the grounds by 10:00 PM. 

REFUND POLICY

Deposit will be refunded if we are notified 15 days before time of arrival. If canceling on a Holiday Weekend, one nights fee will be charged. A $ 25.00 handling fee will be charged on all refunds. If canceling  14 days or less of arrival date there will be no refund given.
